Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Both my parents are permanent residents . My mom got her green card when I was 20 and my father ennui was 21. Now I'm 23 years old and I received an employment authorization card though the DACA in 2012. So my question is if my parents can help me adjust my status.

You may be able to adjust. First things is first though, one of your parents must file a family petition on your behalf.
Best of luck.

You cannot currently adjust status if you entered illegally, unless the Immigration & Nationality Act is changed or Section 245(i) is reinstated.
