Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My parents are in USA and their B2 Visa is expiring in Aug 2011. Do they MUST have to go back to home country to apply for new visitor visa or they can apply for new b2 visa while in USA and stay legally till they get decision. Their I-94 is till sep 2011.

An application to extend your parents I-94 can be filed within the U.S. It must be filed prior to expiration of their I-94, whereupon they can remain legally in the U.S. until a decision on the application: www.h1b1.com/b1-b2visa.htm
