Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My partner is presently working in the UK with an international company. He has an offer from the US to be transferred. He has worked in the UK only for ten months. Before moving to the UK, he was working in the US for the same employer under L1-B Status. Can he apply for a new L1 visa again soon? Can he return back to the US with the existing L1-B visa as that will only be expiring in 2011? Please advise.

L-1B visa holder may come to the US intermitently. If working for same employer-subsidiary in same position may reenter on current L-1B. Time spent outside the US is credited against total L-1B stay.
