i am permanent resident in march 2012 applied for my daughter she was born in may 1993.
what happen to her case when in may she turn to 21 years old?

Assuming you filed an I-130 petition for her, in the F2A category, once she turns 21, she is bumped down to the F2B category. Depending on her country of nationality, the F2B category is taking about 7 more years to process than the F2A.
