Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Im a permanent resident and i petitioned my son who at that time was 19 years old and was approved with priority date of March 18, 2011 and he belong to category F2A. Now that F2A is current but my son is now 22 years old does this mean he is age out amd i have to petition him again undet F2B category? Pls help me we have been waiting for this time to file for his adjustment of status.
