Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
i am a permanent resident..and i petitioned for my daughters who are under age...they came in LEGALLY with a b-2 visitors visa on Dec. 2000...i filed i-485's here in houston because there was a visa number available...now immigration is revoking the i-485's, what should i do now?

If you come into the U.S. on a visitor's visa with the intention to adjust then your B-2 may not be considered proper as you entered with "immigrant intent." You need to contact an experienced immigration attorney to help you sort this out.
