I want to petition for residency for my husband, but we married (in FL) before his foreign divorce was final - we now reside in TX. How do I proceed?

Just to add to what was stated above, if you married before the foreign divorce was final, then your marriage is not a legitimate one for immigration purposes. This is why you would need to
remarry.
