three petitions?
my british{Visa Waiver} girlfriend has been in and out of the US for quite some time now.She has 2 approved I-130 petitions from a relative and an employment based{RN}.Her priority date on the relative side is july 1998 and the employment based was retrogressed. Can she come her and join me,of course marry her and filed another petition to adjust her status while she's with me.I just got my naturalization certificate {US citizen} and we survived almost 8 years of long distance love affair. Can someone help us out on this matter?PLEASE

Re: three petitions?
Of course you can marry her. You should retain an attorney to complete the process, including abandoning the pending petitions AFTER she is approved on your I130 and resulting I485. Feel free to contact me directly.
