Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am a physician doing my residency on H1 visa. When I look for a job on H1 visa upon completion of my residency, will it help my green card prospects to look for jobs in underserved areas so as to qualify for NIW? The priority dates formy country are back logged by many years.

NIW is a quicker process in getting the green card through your H-1B visa, as there is no requirement for a labor certification.
A positive equity under NIV is in an undeserved area, but you will also need to show other things also.
