Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am planning to marry a lady from the Phillipines. She has a B-2 visa for entry into the us. We are both older adults and have an on going relationship. Is it best to file a petition for a fiancee visa or to marry in the US then file the needed peperwork?
