I am a Untited States citizen and we plan on marrying here in the USA. She will come here on a tourist visa. What steps can i be taking now to expidite her being able to live hers as my wife? Thank You

You should probably check with immigration counsel now, as you're already on shaky ground. If the purpose for her trip to come to the USA is to get married, then ICE may wonder why would she be coming in on a b1/b2 vs. a fiancee visa. Family based immigration such as this is not expensive, if you hire competent counsel (most of the cost is filing fees, which you'd pay anyway.)
