Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Prenuptual agreement and green card!
I am marrying a U.S. citizen and I wanted to have a pre-nup agreement before our marriage. In reality, our marriage is based on true love relationship, but none of us want to take any chance and have the state of Texas decide as to who get what should a divorce happens. Would having something like that can create any problem for me in getting the green card through marriage?

No, you both have the right to a prenup. But the government can look at all of the facts if they're thinking your marriage may be a sham.
