Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Previously filed an I130 spouse visa form for now-former spouse. We are divorced. Year later, I met a man and we want to marry. This (final) time an I129 fiance visa was filed - very close to his family here, so we have met, etc. All required docs sent in to USCIS. What impact will the previous filing of I130 have on the I129 we have in process?

No impact as long as neither applications are frivolous and are meritorious and true.
