how long will it take normally to be a citizen once you put the application for naturialization process in TX?

Form N-400 is the naturalization application.
You can check the processing times for a particular field office at the USCIS's website: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp .

It depends on the city but typically about 1 year.
