Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My question is my daughter sirouly sick and has been in hospital for almost
two months, but duo to her health condition i want to bring her here (u.s) for her treatment. also im a citizen of u.s. how can i bring her here for
her medical treatment.

Your daughter may already be a US citizen, and you need only to establish that fact. If not, there are other alternatives which may be available, but all responses would depend upon the specific circumstances of your case. Talk to an immigration lawyer in the area where you reside and/or anticipate bringing her.
