Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

got a question, After taking the consent of my daughter, we agreed to mary my daughter with the son of my friend in Pakistan. My daughter and the son of my friend did see each other in a wedding cermony. We both agreed for the marriage but I want traditional Marriage thing to happen over the Phone and using Online video Camera. Is it possible and legally acceptable here in US , and if not what are the chances of applying a Fiance Visa for that boy. We do not have any .joint photo of both. Still it can be acceptable here in US or not. Can U please let me know what are the chances so I do not have to go to Pakistan as situation in Pakistan is not very good indeed. I want to avoid to take my daughter there and then get married with that boy. Please give me the advice

I am not sure that I understand all of the facts. It seems as though you may be describing a proxy marriage but I am not sure. Has your daughter and this guy ever met physically? Did the marry legally according to the laws of Pakistan? Please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected] for a free consultation.

If your daughter and the boy have not met in person during the past two years, it might be more difficult to get a fiance visa unless this is the general custom of Pakistan. A proxy marriage will probably not be accepted unless it is clearly accepted according to the laws of Pakistan. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
