Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I have an on going relationship with a 49 year old woman from the Phillipines. She has had a B2 visa for 2 years. She is planning to visit me here in the Untied states in November. I am a natural born US citizen. We want to marry but as i was wondering if we do, will she be able to continue to stay and live in the United States with me? Thank You for any help.

Possibly. You will have to show that she is single, does not have any criminal history that would bar her from obtaining citizenship, and that she would not become a public ward. There are a few other requirements as well. You can apply for either a fiancee visa or as a spouse, depending on when you want to marry.
