Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am in removal proceedings with immigration. I have been in the U.S for 26 years. I have two citizens sons under age (not married-single), all my other older brothers were born in Houston over the age of 21. I would be glad if I may obtain a green card. I just dont know what to file or what to do or how the procces is. I have no criminal background. May i qualify for a green card for the time being here? I am afraid to hire an attorney and take my money away. I do mot know what to do. I have shot records and proff that I have been here for over 20 years. What can do? Is there a solution?

An Attorney will not take your money, but will guide, help and get you the Green Card in case you qualify and charge you for his services. Go ahead and hire one.
You may have some options to seek Cancellation of Removal for Non Permanent Resident or perhaps Administrative Closure based on Prosecutorial Discretion. You should definitely hire a reputable lawyer. Good luck.
