Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Help requested

Hi ,

Thank you for answering my question..

I am working for company A.Company--name removed--has sponsored for my GC.I'll start working for company--name removed--once I get my GC. I just got my EAD card.

Any time in GC process while I-140 or I-485 do i need to submit company A payStubs?

Now company A Visa valid till Sep 30th 2003.My job with Company A will terminate any time . So Can i use Company--name removed--'s EAD , with out joining Comapny--name removed--

You do not have to show paystub...but you need to show that the Company sponsoring you for GC has enough income to sponsor you. You can get GC from future employer...but you need to maintain your legal status until...I-485 is submitted.
