Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Residency Naturalization Marriage
I am a Permanent Resident preparing to present my application for naturalization. My bride-to-be is not a legal immigrant.
Should we get married before I apply so I can include her in the paperwork? or wait till after I apply? How long would I have to wait?
Either way, what time frame is involved for my aplication and her correcting her status?
Is an attorney an absolute necessity for this process?

Re: Residency Naturalization Marriage
There are a few options here; you may apply after becoming a citizen through naturalization or you may amend your petition at a later date. There are also other family based options you may want to explore.
You may email me for a consultation to further explore these options.
