Based on what you've provided, there is possibly an avenue to get you LPR status again. Please hire a lawyer. Make sure your lawyer reviews your prior immigration history and your entire criminal history. Please make sure you tell your lawyer everything. There are so many factors that go into getting a petition approved after having the LPR status taken away that missing one could cause a denial in the future if not addressed now. If you'd like to reach out to us, we handle cases throughout the U.S.
