Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

''Scared and worried''

I am US Citizen & we have 2 kids. My husband voluntary deported in 01, re-enter & went to a public notary & we sent I-129F & I-130 packages.Approval notices have come for both, last one being the K-1 visa in Cd. Juarez Consulate.Afraid if we proceed, that he may be deported when we go to the con.Have been to several lawyers and they want him to go and say he has been in Mex. the whole time.I'm scared and frighted at the thought of him leaving us.He has been here in the US since '88, went to school and has a HS Dilpoma.Need to know if there is REAL hope or just fake illusions???Please help..thank you in advance..

It appears that there are many factors involved in your case, which are too detailed for this website. Please continue meeting with attorneys until you find one that does not want you or your husband to commit perjury. Continue until you find an honest lawyer. There are many many many of us out there.
