Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My sister has filed green card for me and my family. Currently, our file is with National Visa center and we have been asked to complete the Form DS-230 -Immigrant Visa Application for the principal applicant and each derivative applicant. But due to some circumstances, one of the derivative applicants wouldn't be able to accompany me to the United States.
Is it possible to put that person file on hold or can that person get visa later on? What happens if we don't provide document for that person at this point?
Please advice.
Thanks
