Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My sisters fiance is a Mexican citizen not an American citizen. My sister is an american citizen and so are their children. They have two children together and are currently living in Mexico. Is there anyway to get him a visa or citizenship? What will we need to do? Thanks so much.
