Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
my son is applying for US Citizenship and on his driving record he has an event that says "Conviction"
Parking in Prohibited Area. He did pay ticket and was not asked to appear in court. does this have to be reported as in Part 11 -questions # 23 and 25 - it asks if ever been convicted of a crime or ever been cited by law enforcement. This was only a ticket - no arrest or criminal record
