Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
son born in Mexico
I have a 2yr old son that was born in Mexico. We came back home 2 weeks later to the US and the US Custom agent did not asked about our child citizenship. How can I get my child to be a US citizen?

If you are a USC, then your child is a USC. You can apply to USCIS for a proof of citizenship. Review the USCIS FAQ for direction. If you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself, retain an attorney, it would be a fairly inexpensive process.
