sponsor my brother
Hi, i am a US Citizen, my brother got denied in marrige case ie: he had to take volunterly departure an year ago, but he never left the country, my question is can i sponsor him for immigration of USA and if yes what will be the procedure? Thanks.

No. Neither one of you should file anything without a detailed consultation with an experienced immigration lawyer. He already has two strikes against him, and there is probably an order of removal floating around out there with his name on it. It is unlikely that he will be able to resolve this problem in the United States.
If you are his only avenue, then at a minimum he faces many years outside the US, until the sibling visa becomes available.
You need specific legal advice for your brother's situation.
