Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My spouse was arrested for drug possession in 2003 Oct. We started his immigration process in 2001. He has never got into trouble again. Immigration went to his work Jan 6 and detained him. We have been told there is nothing that can be done for him. Is there really nothing that can be done?

Drop possession might be a ground for inadmissibility and deportation. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney to discuss the nature of his conviction and possible solutions.
