Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I dont know where to start someone told me I need a pardon first then file my hardship to bring my husband back. My husband was deported once before for having a marijuana cigarette .He is undocumented. I also have serious medical problems and he was my caretaker so that is another problem. I am now trying to supporting 2 households. What forms do I need? What is the process? I read so many things that it gets confusing and there are hundreds of forms. I am working on getting the money up for a attorney but I dont want to waste the time now. it has already been 3 months. I just get more desperate as time goes on. This feeling of uselessness and helplessness is getting to me.
Thank you for you knowledge & assistance

Hello:
It would be in your best interest to get an attorney. You can submit what you have, but if it is easily denied, what is the use of rushing it out. As for your husband, did he reenter the U.S. illegally after being deported?
