Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I dont know where to start someone told me I need a pardon first then file my hardship to bring my husband back. My husband was deported once before for having a marijuana cigarette .He is undocumented. I also have serious medical problems and he was my caretaker so that is another problem. I am now trying to supporting 2 households. What forms do I need? What is the process? I read so many things that it gets confusing and there are hundreds of forms. I am working on getting the money up for a attorney but I dont want to waste the time now. it has already been 3 months. I just get more desperate as time goes on. This feeling of uselessness and helplessness is getting to me.

Thank you for you knowledge & assistance
