Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hi I submitted Immigration papers with an Immigration lawyer but he has yet to do anything for us. How can I change lawyers?

You should notify your lawyer in writing to immediately discontinue legal representation and to mail to you your case file including any documents that you submitted to the lawyer as well as any legal work done by the lawyer.
