Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I suspect a fraud. This guy somehow got his American citizenship by claiming he lived in US for 5 years during his elementary school years. I know for a fact that he lived in another country during that time.
Right now he resides in US as a PhD student thanks to his fraud. Should I report this?
What would/could happen if I did?
