Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
traveling to mexico
Hello,
Simple & maybe even silly.I'm a US citizen & so r my 2 kids, we would like to go to mexico to visit my relatives but I don't have a passport for the kids or I. I have my DL and our birth certificates. Would there be a problem coming back????

If you are flying you will have difficulty, possible a great deal. If you are driving, you may be stopped, but you can still travel to Mexico by car without a passport -- temporarily. Make sure the birth certificates are certified, and go ahead and apply for passports now.
