Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Upgrading greencard application processing?
I have applied for green card since my parents have gotten their green cards 2 years ago. I am single and over 21. I heard something about if my parents become citizens, it's possible to upgrade my processing time of the original application. Is that possible?

Re: Upgrading greencard application processing?
Yes. You need to work with an attorney. Your parents may not be able to apply for USC for 3 years. You may have aged out, and NEED them to apply for citizenship.
