Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
currently in USA, have been here under H1b and wonder if my mom who is a US citizen can file i130 for me and i485 concurrently so i can get AOS? currently have ead expiring next month

It depends on your age & if you're married, but probably not concurrently. Also, if you are in H-1B status, then why do you have an EAD?
