Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

i am from usa, wife is from cambodia. i want to divorce her because i can't stand per promiscuous behavior and i know she is seeing her exboyfriend.

she agreed to divorcing, but changed her mind because her mom made her... i know she is just using me to get to the usa and to divorce me later and get her boyfriend...

if my wife doesn't want to sign the divorce papers, can i appeal for abandonment? and will i be able to remarry there?

can she sue me for metal illness?
