Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
US visa for Chinese national
I met a young lady in China and would like to marry her. First I would like to bring her to the US for a visit. Is the B2 tourist visa the best option? Will it affect getting a fiancee or spouse visa in the future?

A visit will not affect the immigrant visa. As a matter of fact, there is a meeting requirement by law within 2 years of filing the K petition.

That is an appropriate avenue to arrange to visit prior to making a commitment.
