How can i file a visa petiion for my finacee back in other country, i got permanent residency here in usa for a year, thanks for anyone who sort this out, aprreciae that....

First, you cannot file for your fiance if you are only a permanent resident. You must wait until you are married. Second, even when you are married, you can only file for an immigrant visa petition which does not allow your wife to come into the U.S. right away. She has to wait many years to be able to immigrate. The best course of action is for you to file for her once you have become a US citizen and you are married to her. Before that time, she can try to get here through other types of visas. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

If you are a permanent resident you cannot petition for a fiance, only your spouse. You would need to marry and then file a visa petition for your wife.
