Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Visa
Is there a such thing as a visa that does not expire?! My partner has a visa with ''unlimited'' or no expiration. I am not sure what this is about.

Re: Visa
Please specify what letter designation the visa is. It should say on the face of the visa.

Re: Visa
Some types of visas can be used for many years. The controlling document for how long a person my stay in the U.S. is the I-94. It is a white card stapled inside the passport. The date on the I-94 is the date a person must leave the U.S. by - not the date of expiration of the visa.
