Need A visa for USA

I am working as a freelancer, software field. I stay in Mumbai, India. My clients are in US are ready to help me in whichever way they need. They have told me that they will give me an apt to stay in dallas, i am a bit confused which category of visa i should apply and how time it would take me to get a visa. Is there any good immigration attorney in mumbai so that i can contact them. What are the documents required to get a visa.

Your employer should apply for you. Have your employer write me and I will explain to them what must be done.

The company may apply for an H visa or an L visa if there is a company in India and an affiliate or subsidiary or branch of the same company in the U.S.

You may qualify for H1 as well as L1 - one needs to see your papers properly for this.
