my boyfriend has been deported twice can i apply for ak1 visa for hime to come back and marry me.

Good question. You can always apply. The question really is whether you will be wasting your money because there is no hope of approval. There are waivers available for previous deportation. The real question is why was he previously deported. Does he have a criminal record? There are waivers for that as well. Also, there are questions of evidence. How do you, and for that matter the INS, know that he was deported before? There is a lot of information to review. You need to sit down with an immigration attorney and go over the specifics of his case to really have a good answer. If you have further questions, contact me directly.
