Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
i am wanting to marry a lady from the Phillipines, that currently has a B2 visa. She will be visting the US and then return to the Phillipines. She will return to the US at the first of next year,2012. I am a us citizen. We would like to get married when she returns to the US. We are both older mature adults. When she retuns in 2012 is it possible for us to marry and her to continue to remain in the US while any needed paperwork is completed?

Possibly. I'm assuming that she has no other bars to admission, and I'm assuming that you don't have a prohibitions, either. You will need to prove a bonafide marriage.
