Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I was wanting to know where to get started ....my mom is wanting to get her citizenship she is a resident alien and has been here in west Texas for 30+ years now and her father is an American citizen ....if it matters she's going through a divorce right now after 33 years....

She just needs to file Form N-400.
Make sure she reads the N-400 instructions, so that she can confirm she meets the eligibility requirements, pays the correct filing fee & files it with the right USCIS service center.
