my wife leave me
my wife come to USA 4 month .two week ago she leave me go to visit her frend from texas to california she told me she will beback in a week,yesterday she call me ,she don't want to see me again.and she said ''if you need to I will sign for devoice . I don't known what going on.what I need todo. please help

You need to hire a lawyer. You sound as if you do not want a divorce, however, it may not be possible to stop it. It may also be in your best interest to accomplish this with as little expense and as little pain as possible. (Is she aware of the immigration implications for her?)
