Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My wifes sister
I am a U.S. Citizen, me and my wife have been married 5 years and are working on her citizenship now.
My Question is, would it be poosible for either me or my wife to sponsor her sister for immigration to the U.S.?

Once she is a citizen she can petition for her sister, however the visa backlog for siblings is MANY years long.
