Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My wife's sister in law visited us on a tourist visa while preganant and had the baby under the governments dime. She stayed with us but we did not assist with any of the paper work but she stayed with us. Can this effect my wife legal status as a resident? or come back on us because she stayed with us?
