Such a woman's claim(s) mean nothing until they are proven in a U.S. court of proper jurisdiction.

The woman does not become a U.S. citizen by virtue of the birth of a child in the United States.

The U.S. citizen would be obligated to pay support for such a child only in the event that

paternity was established and support ordered by a court or administrative agency legally empowered to do so.

The U.S. Army will likely reject such contacts since no legal basis has been established for her claims.
