Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I work for Company A (Division A1). Thru Division A1 I have my H1 (10th year) with a approved I-140 (PD Feb 2008). I may have to move to another Division within Company A. What does this change do to my current H1B and Green Card processing status?
PS: I have another I-140 in appeals (PD June 2003).

If there are material changes compared with your original H-1B (i.e. job duties), you need to file a H-1B amendment.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
