Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
work permit for L2 visa
I have come to US as a wife of L1B visa holder. I want to apply for work permit. In the petition of my husband, it is mentioned that the work place is California. But now we are in Texas. Is it possible for me to get work permit from this state? Will there be any problem?
Thanking you.
