Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I need to write a letter to immigration explaining why I cant got back to Mexico to file for a u-Visa.... I need guidance on how to write it...What do I say? How Can I start it?

You should not have to go back to Mexico to apply for a U visa. You must have been a victim of a certain crime listed by USCIS as grounds for applying for a U visa, and you must have suffered mental or physical harm as a result of the crime. You will have to get a certification from a government agency stating that you were a victim of a crime and that you were cooperative or are likely to be cooperative with the government in the investigation of the crime. As you can see the process is more complex than just writing a letter and you should seek the assistance of an immigration attorney.
