Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
One year ago i have filled a Asylum and was rejected. Now i have a Girlfriend who have a U.S citizen. If i marry her, is there any obstacles for me for getting a Green card/ Citizenship? can Immigration Officer be hask to me due to my filing of Asylum before?

If you entered legally into the U.S., and you subsequently marry a USC then you can generally adjust your status. Contact an immigration lawyer as soon as you can.
